What is Body-for-LIFE?

The Body-for-LIFE Challenge is a 12-week program that consists of targeted strength-training workouts, high-intensity cardio workouts, and multiple small meal portions. It is designed to help you lose weight, gain energy, improve your fitness level and create lifelong healthy eating habits.

Eat five to six small, balanced
